As part of Supplier- and Risk-Management, sourcing initiatives are carried out worldwide, if necessary, and the supplier portfolio is optimized according to customer needs.
Furthermore, I analyze the processes of my clients along the value chain, i. e. from procurement to production, from storage to sales and work with them to determine optimization options in order to reduce cycle times and costs.
